Electro Galvanized Wire

Electro galvanized wire is also known as electric galvanized wire or electro galvanized iron wire. Our company can supply electro galvanized wire at diameter ranging from 0.14mm to 5.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coil, spool, U type wire or cut into tie wire. We also offer thinner electro galvanized iron wire down to BWG 5# or up to BWG 28#. The zinc coating is highly resistant to moisture and mechanical damage than other surface coatings and has a very bright and smooth surface finish.

Materials: galvanized wire, mild steel wire and carbon steel wire

Production process:
Steel rod coil→→wire drawing→→annealing→→rust removing→→acid washing→→boiling→→drying→→galvanizing to wire coiling
During the production process, we use lead annealing instead of oil fired furnace. We have adopted this modern technology for better quality product due to following reasons:
* Though lead annealing is costlier than oil fired furnace, the softening of wire is better due to uniform penetration of heat throughout the cross section of wire.
* In oil fired furnace, scaling in wires are formed which are avoided by lead annealing.
* In oil fired furnace, there is the possibility of oil spot formation which again is avoided in lead annealing.

Applications:
* Weaving wire mesh
* Used in construction
* Used as tie wire which is binding flowers in gargen and yard

Packing:
The small coil is 0.3kg, 0.5kg, 0.6kg and 1kg. While the big coil is 20kg, 25kg and 50kg/coil.
It’s wrapped with plastic film, hessian cloth or moister-proof paper and packed in carton or pallet.
